  • Prices, scope, and deliverables are discussed and confirmed before project initiation.

  • Payments made are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

  • Services are delivered according to the agreed scope.

  • Reasonable revisions are included as per the package or agreement.

  • Any work outside the approved scope will require additional charges.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details, content, and assets on time

  • Respond promptly to feedback and approval requests

  • Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframe

Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and do not constitute service failure.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final approved deliverables.

  • Graphicblok retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain the property of Graphicblok.

6. Confidentiality

Graphicblok agrees to maintain the confidentiality of client information and project details. Clients also agree not to disclose proprietary methods, pricing, or internal processes shared during collaboration.

7. Third-Party Services

Graphicblok may use third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Shopify, hosting providers, or tools to deliver services. We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or policy changes

  • Account suspensions or restrictions by third-party platforms

  • Performance results dependent on third-party algorithms

8. Limitation of Liability

Graphicblok shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities

  • Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

9. Termination

  • Graphicblok reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates these Terms.

  • Clients may request termination; however, refunds are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

Graphicblok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
