Graphicblok provides digital, creative, and professional services. As we do not sell physical products, traditional shipping does not apply. This Shipping & Service Policy explains how our services are delivered, timelines, and client responsibilities.

By placing an order or engaging our services through our Shopify store or other official channels, you agree to this policy.


1. Nature of Services (No Physical Shipping)

  • Graphicblok offers non-physical, service-based solutions including branding, design, digital marketing, web development, outsourcing, and consulting services.

  • No physical items are shipped.

  • All deliverables are provided digitally.


2. Service Delivery Method

Services and deliverables may be provided through:

  • Email communication

  • Cloud storage links (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

  • Project management tools

  • Website access, dashboards, or live URLs

The delivery method depends on the nature and scope of the service.


3. Service Timeline & Turnaround

  • Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

  • Timelines may vary based on:

    • Project complexity

    • Client responsiveness

    • Revisions and feedback cycles

  • Any delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or changes in scope from the client side may impact delivery timelines.


4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely service delivery, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate project requirements

  • Sharing necessary content, assets, and approvals on time

  • Responding to queries and feedback requests promptly

Delays from the client side do not qualify as service failure.


5. Service Confirmation & Completion

  • A service is considered delivered once the agreed deliverables are shared digitally.

  • Minor revisions may be provided as per the agreed scope.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may incur extra charges.


6. Non-Delivery Scenarios

Graphicblok is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Third-party platforms or tools (Meta, Google, Shopify, hosting providers, etc.)

  • Internet issues or technical failures beyond our control

  • Client’s failure to provide required inputs or approvals


7. Service Support

  • Post-delivery support is provided according to the service package or agreement.

  • Ongoing services (marketing, management, maintenance) are delivered on a monthly or contract basis.
