Return & Refund Policy

At Graphicblok, we primarily offer digital, creative, and professional services. Since our services involve time, expertise, and resource allocation, all payments are generally taken in advance before the start of any project.

By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.


1. Advance Payments for Services

  • All services provided by Graphicblok are service-based and non-physical.

  • Payments are required 100% in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Once a project has started, the allocated time, tools, and team resources are considered utilized.


2. No Returns on Services

Due to the nature of digital and creative services:

  • Returns are not applicable once the service has been initiated or delivered.

  • Change of mind, business decision changes, or delays from the client side do not qualify for a refund.


3. Refund Eligibility (Our Responsibility)

Refunds are only applicable in rare cases where:

  • Graphicblok fails to deliver the agreed service entirely, or

  • There is a clear and proven lack of service, non-performance, or major breach of agreement from our side.

In such cases, a partial or full refund may be issued after internal review.


4. Quality Concerns & Revisions

  • Clients must report any quality concerns or issues within 7 days of delivery.

  • We offer reasonable revisions as per the agreed project scope to resolve concerns.

  • Refunds will not be processed if revisions or corrections can reasonably resolve the issue.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work already completed or partially delivered

  • Delays caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or assets

  • Client dissatisfaction based on personal preference after approvals

  • Failure to provide clear requirements at the start of the project

  • Third-party platform issues (Meta, Google, Shopify, hosting providers, etc.)


6. Project Cancellation

  • If a client cancels a project after work has started, no refund will be applicable.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative or processing fees.


7. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our official email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
