2. Client Responsibilities

Submit content, materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.

Ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content supplied to Graphicblok.

Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.
3. Payments

All fees are quoted in the currency specified on the invoice.

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
4. Revisions
Projects include the number of revisions specified in the selected package or agreement.
Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
5. Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided for planning purposes only.
Graphicblok is not responsible for delays resulting from:

6. Intellectual Property
Client Materials
The client retains ownership of materials provided to Graphicblok, including logos, images, trademarks, text, and other content.
The client grants Graphicblok a limited license to use such materials solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Final Deliverables
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Concepts not selected by the client

Internal working files

Design processes

Proprietary tools, templates, frameworks, and methodologies
7. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Graphicblok reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media channels, marketing materials, and promotional content.
If confidentiality is required, clients must request it in writing before project commencement.
8. Acceptable Use
Clients may not use Graphicblok services for:

Illegal activities

Fraudulent activities

Intellectual property infringement

Hate speech or unlawful discrimination

Distribution of malicious software

Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Graphicblok reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for prohibited activities.

Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, hosting providers, plugins, software, or services.

Required payments are not made.

The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.
Clients may terminate services according to the terms outlined in their project agreement.
Any fees for work completed before termination remain payable.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties except where required by law or necessary to perform the services.
14. Force Majeure
Graphicblok shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
