6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All designs, concepts, and deliverables remain the property of Graphicblok until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as per agreement.
  • Graphicblok reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and ensure that all project-related information remains confidential. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

8. Revisions & Changes

Projects include a limited number of revisions as defined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

Graphicblok ensures professional service delivery but does not guarantee specific business results, sales, or performance outcomes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms or tools. Graphicblok is not responsible for the performance, policies, or issues arising from third-party services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, payments for work completed up to the termination point will remain due.

12. Changes to Terms

Graphicblok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
